AVALON BAY COMMUNITIES, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a service team for a large residential property. You will partner with the Community Manager, oversee maintenance tasks, and ensure operations meet company standards.
This onsite role includes a 100% rent discount for the apartment, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm and on-call emergencies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years leading a service team, strong maintenance skills across trades, and knowledge of housing laws.
