Children's Rescue Fund seeks a Facility Manager for Union Hall in Queens to ensure safe, clean, and efficient shelter operations. You will oversee maintenance, safety compliance, vendor coordination, inventory management, and staff support while adhering to DHS, OTDA, FDNY, DOB, DOHMH, OSHA, and agency standards.
You’ll lead on-call coverage, manage work orders, and supervise maintenance staff, janitorial teams, and contractors to sustain a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
