Facilities Director

As Facilities Director at ARAMARK, you will lead total facilities operations for a high-volume accommodation and food services environment. You will oversee maintenance, custodial, and grounds teams; manage vendors and service contracts; and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facilities. You will develop budgets, track KPIs, and drive preventive maintenance programs that minimize downtime. Partnering closely with client stakeholders, you'll champion Aramark's culture of service, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, delivering reliable, high-quality environments that enhance guest, employee, and community experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities, maintenance, custodial, and grounds operations
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for facilities
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Monitor facility performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate repairs, minor projects, and space improvements
• Oversee inspections, audits, and regulatory readiness
• Lead, train, and schedule facilities staff for 24/7 operations
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to support service goals
