Facilites Manager

We're hiring a Facilities Manager to join Ezra Medical Center and help ensure our healthcare facilities remain safe, clean, welcoming, and fully operational across our Brooklyn locations.

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Facilities Manager with strong leadership and facilities management experience. This person will oversee custodial operations, maintenance, building services, vendors, and facility-related projects.

• Oversee daily custodial and facilities operations
• Conduct facility inspections and address maintenance or safety concerns
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
• Manage work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Supervise, coach, and schedule custodial staff
• Coordinate vendors and contractors
• Monitor cleaning and maintenance supplies and inventory
• Support renovations, relocations, and facility improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection prevention standards, and organizational policies
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, environmental services, or maintenance management
• Previous experience supervising custodial or maintenance teams required
• Healthcare, medical office, or multi-site facilities experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish required
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of facility operations, preventative maintenance, custodial standards, and building systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and work order management systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
