Brain Works is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a union maintenance team on the 3rd shift (11P–7:30A, Sunday night through Friday morning) at a high-speed manufacturing operation in Orangeburg, NY. The role focuses on equipment reliability, minimal downtime, preventive maintenance, and hands-on troubleshooting.
You will coach technicians, manage work orders and parts, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with Production to meet schedules and continuous improvement goals.
