Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is a globally-known manufacturer of fine furnishings. Due to growth, seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance staff. Primary duties include:

• Supervise, mentor and train maintenance staff in the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment
• Subject matter expert in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds
• Assist with budgeting and maintenance planning.
• Provide reports to management and stakeholders

Position reports to Director of Engineering.

Ideal candidates for Maintenance Supervisor will possess the following:

• Associates degree in electro-technology or similar, vocational/trade schooling. Military veterans with technical ratings/MOS are encouraged to apply.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing environment
• 3+ years supervising/managing maintenance staff
• Understanding of LEAN (5S) principles, OSHA standards and GMP.
• Knowledge of PLC’s and automation.

Salary up to $95,000/yr (depending on experience). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
