Our client is looking for hardworking, a motivated Field Service Technician to join their team. This role requires heavy hands-on and customer-facing skills. This individual's focus will be coolant/product trials, fluid management, troubleshooting, and customer support. No mechanical service or machine repairs.

What will you be doing?
- In-person customer visits, check and monitor sumps, troubleshoot fluid-related issues, support machine cleanouts and charge-ups.
- Monitor product performance at test sites and collect samples.
- Diagnose malfunctions and operating errors.
- Record daily activities by completing CRM reporting and follow ups.
- Adhere to safety guidelines.
What do you bring?
- Strong customer facing skills.
- Willingness to travel (60% some overnight travel required)
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous metalworking-fluid or coolant experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and Metalworking knowledge is a MUST. – preferably CNC machines.
