We’re looking for someone who:
- Has general knowledge of
** plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and basic handyman repairs**. . - Can troubleshoot and complete everyday residential maintenance repairs.
- Has
** own basic tools**. - Has
** own reliable car/vehicle**. - Can pick up materials when necessary.
- Is dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Has previous residential/building maintenance experience.
Work consists of servicing residential properties and completing maintenance work orders as assigned.
Experience: Not required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9-6 Friday 9-1
Salary: $20 – $25 hourly
Starting time: Immediate start!
