Valor Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and general building maintenance throughout the hotel;
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, painting, doors, locks, ceilings, flooring, walls, windows, fixtures, mechanical equipment;
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, building systems, equipment, and grounds for issues;
Respond to maintenance emergencies and on-call rotations;
Maintain inventory records and communicate status to supervisors
