We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility, possess strong mechanical knowledge, and a proven track record in maintenance management. The Director is responsible for all fire safety and regulatory requirements for a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role requires effective leadership skills to ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support in daily tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
• Manage projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, and installations.
• Oversee electrical systems maintenance, including low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repair purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on experience in facility maintenance.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, including team supervision.
• Understanding of electrical systems, particularly low voltage applications.
• Ability to fabricate components as required for repairs or modifications.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail in troubleshooting issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
