Independent Cleaning Contractors — Nyc Residential

Lunexa Cleaning Co. is looking for experienced independent cleaning contractors to take on residential jobs across the five boroughs. This is contract work, not employment. You choose which jobs you accept, and you set your own days.

Standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and short-term rental turnovers in private homes and apartments. Daytime hours, Monday through Saturday.

Flat rate per job, not hourly. Typical range is $70–$294 per job depending on the service type, home size, and your experience level.

• Jobs 1–20: 50% of the job price.
• Jobs 21–60: (You keep 60%).
• Jobs 61+: (You keep 70%).

• We send you a written work order for each job with the address, scope, deadline, and flat price.
• You accept, or decline every time, no pressure either way.
• Declining costs you nothing and doesn't affect future offers.
• We pay by direct deposit on Fridays, and your choice of Weekly or instant (Same Day Pay) at tier 2.
• No set schedule, no minimum hours.

• Your own equipment and cleaning supplies — vacuum, mop system, cloths, chemicals.
• A completed W-9 and a bank account for direct deposit.
• Reliable transportation around the boroughs.
• A smartphone for job photos.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of cleaning experience.

Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island.
