- Apply technical knowledge to assist customers
- Answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of the Autel scanning unit
- Answer technical questions relating to Autel scanning procedures
- Conduct research to understand, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues
- Perform all-purpose mobile diagnostic technician duties
- Provide top-tier service to customers
- 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required
- I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete assigned job duties
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks
- Minimum age requirement of 21+ years
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Demonstrates expertise in mobile diagnostics and customer service, with a strong ability to resolve vehicle technology issues and provide effective communication. Holds relevant certifications and possesses the necessary tools for diagnostic tasks.
