Building Maintenance Technician
Location:NY, NY
Pay Range:$31.00/hour
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Perform daily site walks, manage work orders, and support office resets, conference room setups, and workplace requests.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors, ensuring repairs and preventive maintenance activities are completed successfully.
- Maintain facility records, inventory, compliance documentation, and maintenance logs.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and assist with inspections, emergency procedures, and facility compliance.
- 10+ years of building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Experience managing work orders, preventive maintenance activities, and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility management software.
- Opportunity to convert to a permanent employee.
- Stable Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
