Seasonal Night Cleaner

A Seasonal Cleaner plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness within their designated work location. The primary responsibility of a Seasonal Cleaner is to ensure a safe and clean environment for building tenants or guests by performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors; dust and polish furniture and other hard surfaces; clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and high touch surfaces frequently.
• Collect and remove trash and recyclables from designated areas, following proper disposal methods.
• Maintain outdoor areas such as sweeping sidewalks, pressure washing, snow removal, and removing debris.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies within restrooms or other designated areas to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
• Report maintenance issues such as lighting, mechanical, or plumbing issues to site supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, company policies and procedures, to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Work as directed by site supervisor.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles required

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
