Wingate Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Parkview Apartments in Albany, New York. We are looking for someone dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable handling avariety of everyday maintenance and repair needs.

Apartment maintenance experience is helpful, but we also welcome candidates from facilities maintenance, hotels, senior living, student housing, residential maintenance, construction, or other hands-on trades.

• Complete resident work orders and troubleshoot general maintenance issues in atimely and professional manner.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and other general repairs.
• Assist with apartment turns, including preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance and help identify potential repair or safety concerns throughout the property.
• Maintain common areas, building systems, grounds, tools, and maintenance areas in aclean and safe condition.
• Partner with the property team to respond to resident needs and help keep the community operating smoothly.

• Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, apartment, hotel, or other hands-onrepair experience.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify problems and determine appropriate repairs.
• Dependable and organized with the ability to prioritize work orders and followthrough on assignments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills when interacting with residents and team members.
• Asafety-focused team player who takes pride in completing quality work.
