Position:
Hood Cleaner / Kitchen Exhaust Cleaner
Job Summary:
. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hood Cleaner to clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, filters, fans, and ductwork.. .
- Clean kitchen exhaust hoods, filters, ducts, and exhaust fans..
- Remove grease, oil, dirt, and buildup from equipment..
- Use pressure washers, degreasers, scrapers, and other cleaning equipment safely..
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures..
- Protect kitchen equipment and surrounding areas during cleaning..
- Perform work according to company quality standards..
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies..
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays when required..
- Previous hood/exhaust cleaning experience preferred..
- Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders and in tight spaces..
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented..
- Valid driver's license is a plus..
- Willingness to work overnight or after business hours..
