Crew Chief

We are seeking a crew chief to join our growing SERVPRO of South Bronx restoration team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute across all phases of a project. You will work closely with the general manager, project managers, and clients to ensure projects are accurately estimated, efficiently managed, and successfully delivered. The crew chief performs restoration processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle.

By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the crew chief represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.

• Perform and evaluate restoration activities, including but not limited to water damage, fire damage, mold damage, biohazard, setup of specialty equipment, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
• Learn and develop restoration skills to elevate the SERVPRO brand and grow within the company.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up a staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
