We are seeking an esteemed Director of Maintenance to join our dedicated team. As a Director of Maintenance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional care and services to our patients.

As the Director of Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff in maintaining the physical plant and equipment of our center. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall maintenance of our facilities, while also providing support to our operational teams. You will be a certified expert in building maintenance, with a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our facilities
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and supplies
