Location: New York
Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports daily housekeeping operations and helps maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop store environment. This role manages a team of 20 employees and may fulfill the Housekeeping Manager's duties in their absence.
Responsibilities- Ensure colleague and customer compliance with health and safety protocols, and maintain proper sanitation practices.
- Manage housekeeping staff, support onboarding and performance development, and communicate service expectations.
- Maintain supply inventory and purchase housekeeping supplies.
- Support store priorities and motivate staff to improve the customer experience.
- 2-4 years of operations or building services experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate across functional areas.
- Dedication to customer service and ability to work a flexible schedule.
- A four-year college degree is preferred.
