Join Our Team at Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center!At Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we understand the importance of maintaining independence and providing exceptional care to our residents. As a dedicated Maintenance Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, focusing on general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical tasks. If you have a strong work ethic, general maintenance knowledge, and experience with plumbing and electrical systems, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting resident rooms and other areas
- Conduct basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance as needed
- Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- General maintenance knowledge, including experience with plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs
- Must be available to work one weekend per month
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health
- Willingness to respond to emergency calls as required
