Pay: $35.00/hour

S-95 Certificate of Fitness Required

One Service is seeking an experienced Building Superintendent for a property in Manhattan. This is a hands-on position responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the building.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily building maintenance and operations
• Perform building and equipment inspections
• Complete general maintenance and minor repairs
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance/cleaning staff as needed
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and specialized repairs
• Monitor work orders, supplies, and maintenance needs
• Respond to urgent building issues
• Maintain required building and maintenance records
• Perform duties related to the building's fire alarm system

Requirements:

• Current FDNY S-95 Certificate of Fitness — Required
• Building superintendent, maintenance supervisor, or similar experience
• Strong general building maintenance knowledge
• Ability to work independently and coordinate staff and contractors

Pay: $35.00 per hour
