Porter Part-time

Schedule:

Thursday, 4pm to 8pm, plus Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 4pm.

Royale Company staffs luxury residential high-rises, some of the best-known buildings in the city. We move fast: you'll hear from us within one business day, and most candidates complete the hiring process within a week.

You keep the building clean and welcoming for the residents who live there. On a typical shift you will:

• Sweep, mop and clean lobbies, hallways, stairwells and other common areas
• Collect and take out trash and recycling
• Keep entrances and the front desk area clean and tidy

This is a part-time position. Please check the schedule above before you apply.

• Janitorial or building cleaning experience is preferred, ideally more than one year. We provide training
• Reliability and punctuality
• A friendly manner and a neat, presentable appearance with residents and guests
