Superintendent Residential Building PT

Take charge of a residential building in Manhattan, on a steady part-time schedule with Wednesdays and weekends off.
This is a live-out position. 32 hours per week:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Holiday work may occasionally be required at the building's request.

You keep the building running day to day. You will:

• - Oversee daily maintenance and building operations
• - Handle basic repairs and troubleshoot maintenance issues
• - Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• - Respond to tenant maintenance requests
• - Keep the building clean, safe and well maintained

• - At least 2 years of experience as a superintendent, handyman or in building maintenance (required)
• - Hands-on repair skills
• - Licences or certificates are a plus, and required by some buildings
• - Background check required (at our cost)
