Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure throughout the facility
- Conduct temperature checks and maintenance on refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Respond promptly to resident and staff requests for assistance with maintenance-related issues
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements
- Participate in daily rounds to identify and address potential maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical training in maintenance or related field a plus
- 0-1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform tasks that require frequent bending, stooping, and climbing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
