This Task Force role is built for experienced professionals who can quickly adapt and make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Do- Support hotels with urgent maintenance and operational needs
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with vendors when specialized support is required
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 5+ years of hotel or property maintenance experience
- Comfortable traveling and adapting quickly to new environments
- Independent, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Leadership experience is a plus
