Role Overview
Cleaning company based out of Newark, DE seeking a new cleaning team member for our residential crew. We are a personal, yet professional residential and commercial cleaning company.
We are looking for a person who:
- Stands for honesty, integrity, and a hard work ethic
- Enjoys physical work indoors
- Is reliable, friendly, and detail oriented
- Works well on a team as well as independently
- Paid training
- $15/hr; competitive pay on weekly payroll and advancement opportunities; potential rate of pay in first year $15-18/hr
- Daytime Hours (8am-4:30pm) / part-time or full-time available
- Vacation & sick time; paid-time off, holidays pay, and 401K retirement savings offered to full time employees at 1-year review
- Should be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc., however will be trained
- General good health and physical condition
- Able to lift and carry 35 pounds
- Pass a criminal background check
- Able to follow instructions
- Trustworthy
