Qnity is seeking a Poromerics Area Maintenance First Line Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities in the Poromerics Area. You will manage up to 10 direct reports across shifts, ensure safety compliance, and drive performance improvements in maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities include scheduling, training, contractor coordination, and ensuring quality and timely work order completion. Prior supervisory experience and SAP experience are preferred.
