Marydale Retirement Village in Newark, Delaware, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide on-site maintenance services to residents and assist the Maintenance Supervisor with building and grounds care. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, with rotating on-call availability.
Duties include general repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections (HUD, Tax Credit, Fire, and safety programs); record-keeping; and supporting events.
