Christiana Care in Newark, Delaware is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day work in the Maintenance Department, review quality, monitor productivity and complete maintenance tasks.
You will supervise staff, develop scopes and estimates for projects, coordinate with hospital operations and vendors, ensure safe working conditions and compliance with ASHRAE/NFPA codes, and drive continuous improvement. Experience with CMMS and reading blueprints is preferred.
