Live 5 to 10 minutes from Lincoln and Verona Ave driving. Must have minimum proven 1 year cleaning experience in Airbnb or Hotels, no time to train. Please send resume when replying. Speak English and Spanish.
Description:
2 Airbnb's in a house. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Basement is a studio, one small open bedroom, living room and small kitchen. Cleanings days vary, but cleaning times are 11am to 1pm and 1pm to 3pm. Often two cleanings on the same day. 2 hour cleaning per apartment. $40 per cleaning or apartment. Has to be flexible, we might need you to go to the apartment and help guests with small tasks, we pay extra for that.
I pay via Zelle. If you match what I'm looking I'll send you my Air BNB check list which you will follow. Location is on the corner of Verona and Lincoln Ave, Newark NJ, 07104.
