What You’ll Be Doing:As an Operations Representative, you’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day success of our Fair Lawn location. You’ll support our contractor customers by locating materials, staging orders, and assisting with deliveries—making sure they get what they need quickly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with fellow team members in the yard to:
- Provide helpful, face-to-face support for customers and truck drivers
- Load and unload trucks with building materials using forklifts (once trained and certified)
- Prepare and stage orders for delivery or pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
- Handle materials carefully to avoid damage and minimize product loss
- Keep inventory stocked and in the right locations
- Assist in receiving and stocking inbound deliveries
- Follow safety procedures and operational best practices at all times
No two days are the same in this role—you’ll be on your feet, problem solving, and working together to help our customers keep their projects on track.
What You Bring to the Team:You’re someone who takes pride in a job well done and values being part of a hardworking, dependable crew. You like staying active and being outdoors, and you bring a positive attitude to every shift.
- Ability to lift 50–115 lbs. and safely perform physical tasks
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Willingness to operate forklifts (training and certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification and inventory tasks
- Previous experience with building materials or warehouse operations is a plus
- Experience with Bis Track or similar systems is helpful, but not required
