Salary Range: $16.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Eastern Janitorial Company is seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Facility Cleaning Associates to join our team in Morris Plains, NJ. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for building occupants and visitors. We are currently hiring both Full‑Time and Part‑Time employees.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish assigned areas.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and entryways as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and company procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain janitorial equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Adhere to all safety policies and client requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Prior commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions available.
• Evening and weekend shifts may be available.
