Job Overview

Auto Body Paint Technician – Experienced. The role is 100% commission based, with a sign‑on bonus of $1,000. Actual earnings vary; first‑year potential is $50,000‑$75,000, long‑term $70,000‑$150,000+.

• Travel to customers to perform high‑quality minor automotive reconditioning activities (paint touch‑ups to full surface repairs).
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.
• Work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self‑motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Compliance with NIOSH Respiratory Protection Standards (PPE required).
