Part‑Time Commercial Cleaning Technician
Location: 1465 NJ-31, Suite #1101, Annandale, NJ 08801
Company: HRB Maintenance
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2.5 hours per night)
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour (based on experience)
Approx. 12–13 hours per week
Position OverviewHRB Maintenance is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Cleaning Technician to service a professional behavioral health office in Annandale, NJ. This is a quiet office environment with consistent evening hours and long‑term stability.
Responsibilities- Dust desks, tables, and office surfaces
- Vacuum carpeted areas
- Mop laminate and hard surface floors
- Clean and sanitize 2 restrooms
- Clean kitchenette area
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass background check
- Strong attention to detail
