Investment Property Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for Aspen Riverpark Apartments in Newark, NJ. You will respond to service requests, perform technical repairs, and maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to meet high standards of safety and appearance.
The role requires after-hours on-call rotation, a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm), and a compensation range of $24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
