Investment Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Aspen Riverpark Apartments in Newark, NJ. You will handle routine maintenance, respond to service requests, and ensure the property meets safety and quality standards.
The role requires 1+ years of maintenance experience, ability to work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, and participation in after-hours on-call rotation with overtime pay. valid driver’s license and own tools are expected.
