Facilities Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of all airport and airline facilities, including mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues or needed repairs to ensure functional operability and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks while minimizing disruption to airport operations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required and provide rapid and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and colleagues.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in handling various maintenance equipment and tools
• Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVACAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
