* Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
* Troubleshoot electrical systems using an ohmmeter and logic controllers
* Supervise maintenance staff and provide leadership on projects
* Perform residential painting as needed
* Utilize mechanical knowledge to maintain and fabricate parts
* Implement Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient tracking of maintenance activities
Skills
* Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills
* Experience in residential painting is a plus
* Knowledge of logic controllers and mechanical systems
* Ability to maintain and fabricate parts as needed
