Maintenance Manager

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery and facility systems.
• Develop and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, creating a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and operational readiness to support production goals.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and external contractors to support facility improvements, equipment installations, and capital projects.
• Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction, energy efficiency, and maintenance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations while fostering a safe workplace for all employees and contractors.

• Leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, facility maintenance, and reliability practices.
• Experience driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and external contractors while delivering business results.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
