Our campus has recently expanded with the addition of several new multi-level facilities, and we are looking to fill the key role of Maintenance I in our Facilities department.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance & Custodial Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance and custodial services to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will work independently, managing their time efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include general maintenance tasks such as light carpentry, furniture assembly, and equipment repairs, as well as custodial duties including floor care, window cleaning, and sanitization. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a basic understanding of maintenance and cleaning procedures, and strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service. A valid driver's license is required.
Starting Wages: $18.07hr - $20.84.hr . DOE
Shift: 10am
-6:30pm, weekends are required.
