Facilities Maintenance Technician

Hazelden Betty Ford seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable operations in our healthcare and recovery environment. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems; responds to work orders and emergencies; and helps ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You'll collaborate with clinical and support teams, support patient-centered care, and contribute to a mission-focused, compassionate environment dedicated to healing and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Respond to work orders and facility emergencies in a timely, customer-focused manner
• Inspect, test, and document building and life-safety systems for reliability and compliance
• Assist with space, equipment, and room readiness to support clinical and residential programs
• Maintain tools, parts, and supplies; track work in a CMMS or similar system
• Follow OSHA, fire, and healthcare safety standards and support regulatory surveys
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and support teams to minimize disruption to care
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours response as needed
