Description

We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Facility Services Assistant to join our team located at Newcastle Casino.

Summary

Performs any combination of cleaning tasks for assigned areas and facilities, including hospital, gaming, manufacturing and office environments, restrooms and corridors to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first class customer service to both internal and external customers and respond to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
  • Complete all training and development requirements and participate in continuing education opportunities
  • Work in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure a safe environment
  • Maintain and promote professionalism
  • Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
  • Adhere to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
  • Maintain knowledge of and follow all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
  • Cleans assigned area
  • Clean and sweep floors
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms
  • May empty ash trays
  • Dispose of trash
  • May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
  • Align seats close to machines in gaming areas
  • Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum and perform basic cleaning and janitorial procedures
  • Dust, polish, and clean furniture in common areas and other areas as requested
  • Clean windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls; maintain sanitization of restrooms, empty and clean waste receptacles
  • Mix various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
  • Maintain equipment and materials used to fulfill tasks, replenish supplies, and keep simple records of work performed and materials used
  • Use safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicals
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Experience

Education
  • High School, GED or Equivalent
Credentials

  • Standard Driver's License
