Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Provide daily sweeping, sweeping off feet, and other housekeeping tasks throughout the facility.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain safety standards, including conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain appropriate levels of chemical and cleaning supplies, rotate stock and replenish as needed.
• Keep a positive attitude and work with team members to create a welcoming shopping experience for all members.

Hourly wage: $19.00 - $27.00/hr (actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and potential hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, or specific tasks. PTO and paid time off are also provided.
