RENTAL Maintenance Superintendent; Cedar in Newington

, a property management company with offices in Hartford and Seymour, is seeking a skilled, full-time Rental Maintenance Superintendent in Newington. This is a 40-hour-per-week position.

• Maintain and perform janitorial upkeep of a 68-unit apartment complex in Newington, CT.
• Perform general routine property maintenance and inspections as assigned.
• Direct trades workers as needed at the property.
• Manage work independently with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Possess strong communication skills and proficiency with basic work tools.
• Be available for emergency on-call duties as required.
• Have a vehicle capable of carrying work materials (truck preferred).

• High school or equivalent education.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 3–5 years of skilled maintenance experience; janitorial/cleaning experience is a plus.
• Supervisory experience and the ability to manage trade workers.
• Clean background check.
