About the Role:

As our new Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and janitorial services

• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization

• Managing and leading a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

• Maintaining compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards

• Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are always clean, safe, and in good working order.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects

• Identify and prioritize maintenance needs and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate with management and other departments to plan and execute facility improvements and renovations

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, such as OSHA and HIPAA

• Maintenance Director will have the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex maintenance problems.

Requirements:
