The Handyman will have direct responsibility working with Customers Maintenance Department. A handyman provides numerous services in a variety of areas, including general maintenance and cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and renovations. For example, a handyman might dispose of trash, replace light bulbs, tighten cabinetry or appliance hardware, fix leaky pipes, clean drains, test wiring, replace windows, touch-up painted surfaces, fix broken tile, assemble furniture, clean a building exterior and gutters, remove leaves, fallen branches or other debris from walkways.

- Know and follow all company safety guidelines.

- Practice prevention, identify and report potential hazards.
- Follow all Work Instructions and updates as needed.
- Report any safety incident immediately.
Housekeeping Expectations:
- Provide assistance to keep assigned area within housekeeping requirements.
