Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, and sanitizing areas, storage areas and the operation of the automatic dish machine and three compartment sink;
Cleans and retrieves carts for the nursing units on a regular schedule, as needed;
May support patient tray assembly by maintaining silverware, matting trays as well as working a station or other duties if needed; W orks with team members to uphold department's high quality of the Nutrition and Dining Program;
Participates in maintaining overall efficiency and sanitation standards in the Nutrition and Dining program
