Fogelman is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Creekside at White Oak, a 561-unit community in Newnan, GA. You will supervise a maintenance team, ensure timely service requests, manage make-readies, and coordinate with vendors.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory maintenance in multifamily, HVAC and CPO certifications, and strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
