Fogelman Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Creekside at White Oak in Newnan, GA. You will lead the on-site maintenance team, schedule work, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely make-readies and repairs across the 561-unit community.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory maintenance experience in multifamily, HVAC and CPO certifications, strong vendor relations, and a hands-on approach to fix-it tasks. A valid driver’s license is required.
