- - Responsibilities:
Evaluate and troubleshoot building issues with the maintenance team;
Own all equipment in the building and respond quickly to incidents to minimize downtime;
Perform preventative maintenance checks on all equipment and repair parts as needed;
Troubleshoot machine issues with working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and facilities maintenance;
Provide maintenance support to all areas of the distribution center, prioritizing tasks and maintaining safety and OSHA standards
